SIOUX CITY -- As of 2:05 p.m., Wednesday, more than 1,500 customers in the Sioux City area are being impacted by an outage.
The start time of the outage was about 1:50 p.m., according to the MidAmerican Energy Company's outage map. Crews are expected to have power restored by 3:30 p.m.
Of the more than 1,500, 1,363 are in Sioux City while 152 are in North Sioux City and one is in Jefferson, S.D.
