The Tehachapi Valley Recreation & Park District announced on May 30 that Taylor Davis has been appointed to serve as interim business manager, filling a recent vacancy.

Davis was recognized last month for 10 years of service with the district. Most recently, she has served as the general services manager.

"Taylor has demonstrated true leadership, dedication and a deep commitment to the mission of our district," said District Manager Corey Torres. "We are excited to see her step into this interim role and continue building on the strong operational foundation she has helped create."

As interim business manager, Taylor will oversee key administrative functions, including finance, payroll, human resources and business operations.
