A Louisville man will not serve prison time for making more than a dozen fake bomb threats.Benjamin Byrnes was sentenced to five years probation Wednesday.Byrnes pleaded guilty to terroristic threatening and falsely reporting an incident.In November 2023, Byrnes made several fake bombs threats to the airport, a home in Louisville and the White House. He also made fake calls about murder-suicides.Police were able to trace the calls back to a phone Byrnes had on him when he was arrested.Byrnes will serve the first 120 days of his sentence on house arrest at a mental health and substance abuse treatment facility.
