GREENVILLE, S.C. (FOX Carolina) - The Greenville County Sheriff's Office is searching for a missing, endangered woman last seen Wednesday afternoon.

According to the Sheriff's Office, 63-year-old Stephanie Hampton was last seen wearing a black puffy jacket, dark brown pants and white shoes on Old Spartanburg Road.

Deputies said Hampton has dementia.

She is described as 5 foot, 3 inches tall and weighing about 160 pounds.

Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts should call 911.
