Chris Jones' ability to take on multiple offensive linemen at once has been invaluable for the Kansas City Chiefs' defense since his arrival in Western Missouri back in 2016.
Unfortunately, Jones was listed on the Chiefs' initial injury report for Week 17 ahead of their Christmas Day matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Will Jones be available to help Kansas City clinch the No. 1 seed?
Chris Jones injury update
Jones left Kansas City's Week 16 matchup against the Houston Texans due to a calf injury, which kept him out of practice on Monday.
How long will Chris Jones be out?
It is still unclear if Jones will be able to play through his calf injury.
During comments to the media on Monday, head coach Andy Reid indicated that Jones was "making improvement" but also said that the team would "keep evaluating" his condition.
Chiefs DT depth chart
If Jones is not able to play on Wednesday, Mike Pennel and Derrick Nnadi will be called upon to fill in for him against Pittsburgh.
