CHICAGO - Chicago police are searching for a missing 83-year-old man.

Police said James Charles was last seen walking eastbound in the 8000 block of South St. Lawrence Avenue. He is known to frequent the 7900 block of South Langley.

Charles uses a walker and was last seen wearing a gray jacket, black hoody, a baseball cap with a red and black symbol, navy blue jogging pants and black and white Puma shoes, according to investigators.

He is also 5'09", weighs 150 pounds and has brown eyes and grey hair.

Police said Charles may "appear confused or disoriented."
