Authorities sought the public's help Wednesday in locating an at-risk 21-year-old who was last seen in the city of Valinda.

Sara Powell, was last seen at 12:40 p.m. Wednesday on the 15700 block of Fellowship Street, next to Griffith Avenue, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.

Powell was described as a 5-foot-7-inch white woman, weighing about 162 pounds with blonde shoulder length wavy hair and blue eyes.

She was last seen wearing a black leather jacket, blue leggings and carrying a white handbag.

Powell's possible location was Baldwin Park according to LASD.
