Information was obtained from representatives of listed health clubs and fitness centers. Others might have been eligible but did not respond to requests for information. We acknowledge there are other facilities with several locations that do not participate in this list.Studios, class-only centers and martial arts facilities are not included. Local refers to the Louisville area of Jefferson, Bullitt, Oldham and Shelby counties in Kentucky and Clark, Floyd and Harrison counties in Indiana.
