COLUMBIA, Mo. -- Now for a transfer in the trenches.
Missouri acquired its first offensive lineman of the ongoing transfer portal cycle on Friday, picking up a commitment from former Michigan blocker Dominick Giudice.
He was the Wolverines' starting center to begin the season and can also play both guard positions. In the 317 snaps Giudice was on the field for in 2024, he allowed five pressures and no sacks, according to Pro Football Focus.
He's spent four seasons in the college ranks since signing with Michigan out of high school. The 2024 was the first time, however, that Giudice saw significant playing time.
The offensive line remains a priority for Mizzou in the transfer portal, given the number of linemen leaving the program. Right tackle Armand Membou declared early for the NFL Draft while right guard Cam'Ron Johnson and left tackle Marcus Bryant are both out of eligibility.

Trost would seemingly be a candidate to compete for reps at either guard position, though his center experience could be useful given that incumbent Connor Tollison missed the tail-end of the 2024 season with a leg injury.
The Tigers have now brought in eight players via the transfer portal. They're likely in the market for one or two offensive linemen this cycle.
