A Gray man was arrested on multiple charges of burglary after an investigation by the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff's Office. The sheriff's office says they responded to report of a burglary in the 3800 block of West Main Street in Gray. When deputies arrived to the area, they learned that cooper was stolen from the business, which led to the installation of video surveillance.According to deputies, the building was surrounded and the suspect, Anthony Joseph Hickman Jr., 46, was seen leaving the scene on foot. He was later found and arrested in a nearby wooded area. He sustained minor injuries was taken to a hospital for treatment and has been released into custody. During questioning, Hickman admitted to committing multiple thefts from the business. Hickman was charged with three counts of simple burglary and resisting an officer and being held on a $337,200 bond.
