Intel's high-end "Arrow Lake-HX" mobile CPU, the Core Ultra 9 275HX, has surfaced online on Geekbench, giving us a glimpse of what to expect with the CPU.

Following Intel's launch of Arrow Lake desktop processors, Intel has been working on the mobile variants for an early 2025 launch. The Arrow Lake lineup for the mobile platform includes two different series: Core Ultra 200H and Core Ultra 200HX. While several SKUs from the former series have appeared in various leaks, the 200HX CPUs remain a rarer sight.

One of the high-end CPUs in the Arrow Lake-HX series was benchmarked on Geekbench, showcasing Intel's prowess at high-performance laptops. As spotted by @BenchLeaks, the Razer Blade 18 gaming laptop was benchmarked on Geekbench. Unfortunately, we didn't get to see the scores yielded by the processor, but only by the GeForce RTX 4090 GPU in the OpenCL test.

However, the processor model and the specifications were revealed on the System Information page. It's the Intel Core Ultra 9 275HX CPU, which is one of the top-end models in the Ultra 200HX family and comes only after the flagship model Core Ultra 9 285HX. The processor features 24 cores, just like the flagship SKU, and has dual-core clusters: 8 Performance + 16 Efficient Cores.

Since the Arrow Lake chips don't feature any hyperthreading, the 275HX boasts a 24-cores/24-threads configuration and has a slightly lower boost clock than the 285HX, as per what we know about the latter. The page reveals a base clock of 2.7 GHz and a boost clock of up to 5.3 GHz (5286 MHz, to be exact).

The Core Ultra 9 285HX is expected to max out at 5.5 GHz, but the rest of the specs remain the same, including the 36 MB L3 cache and the TDP, which isn't available on the leaked benchmark page. Overall, the specifications leaked in the benchmark confirm the earlier leaks. By default, the 275HX will be shipped with integrated graphics based on the Xe-LPG architecture, featuring 64 EU and 2000 MHz of clock speed.

Laptops containing such high-end CPUs will be paired with powerful discrete GPUs such as NVIDIA's GeForce RTX 4090 as seen in the benchmark and the upcoming RTX 50 series GPUs. Intel is anticipated to unveil their Arrow Lake-HX range at the CES 2025 keynote, which is expected to be held on January 6.
