RMC Health System has announced a major leadership transition as longtime President and CEO Louis Bass prepares to retire at the end of 2025. To ensure a seamless shift, the organization's board of directors has named Keith Parrott as RMC's new president, effective Jan. 6, 2025.

Parrott will take on day-to-day operations as president, while Bass will remain as CEO in an advisory capacity, focusing on strategic initiatives such as partnership development and community relations.
