A woman is facing charges after being accused of assaulting a Xavier University police officer.Brittani Brown was arrested this week.Police say over the summer, Brown took off from a crash on Reading Road and Victory Parkway. She then lost control of her car on the Xavier campus and overturned.According to court documents, Brown pushed and kicked an officer trying to place her in handcuffs.That officer had to be taken to the hospital.Brown is now charged with assault.
