It is split into three main areas: the bar, restaurant, and conservatory, which collectively seat up to 200 customers.
The total capacity, including standing room, is around 300.
The agents add that the property has been decorated in a "modern and contemporary style", with around half a million pounds of investment injected into it over the past three years.
Beyond the internal space, the Rattler also boasts a split-level external trading area at the rear, complete with a fully-equipped outdoor bar, live music stage, and a range of food kiosks.
The outdoor area has a total seating capacity of around 800, with a standing capacity of an additional 300.
The pub also has a chargeable car park adjacent to it, with space for 45 cars.
Estate agents highlight the "impeccable location" of the Rattler at the heart of a popular licensed circuit, making it a destination venue in its own right.
The area draws a large crowd of tourists and locals throughout the year, particularly during peak months.
