The city of Sedro-Woolley is making a second attempt to get a lawsuit filed against it and one of its police officers moved to Skagit County Superior Court.

The city, officer Maxwell Rosser, the city of Mount Vernon and Skagit County were named as defendants in a wrongful death lawsuit filed May 9 in Snohomish County Superior Court by the family of David A. Babcock of Concrete.
