The memorandum further codifies the need for an optimized DON Software Factory Ecosystem (SwFE), recognizing that a purposefully architected and orchestrated DevSecOps (DSO) environment which enhances collaboration, modularity, interoperability, and cross-domain visibility will drive our value streams and kill chains. The SMIO will collaborate with DON software practitioners and mission owners to advance core Enterprise DSO Platforms and corresponding Mission Aligned Production Providers to rapidly deliver secure and relevant capabilities.
