Meeker County Sheriff's Office report

On the 22nd at 8:46 a.m. the Sheriff's Office received a report of possible child maltreatment at a residence on US Highway 12, Acton Township. The information was referred to Meeker County Social Services.

On the 22nd at 10:15 a.m. the Sheriff's Office assisted the public regarding an issue at a residence on County State Aid Highway 2, Forest Prairie Township. An individual was advised of their options.

On the 22nd at 11:10 a.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to an alarm at a residence on County State Aid Highway 18, Ellsworth Township. The deputy was canceled prior to arrival as it was a false alarm.

On the 22nd at 11:49 a.m. the Sheriff's Office dispatched the Dassel Fire Department to a carbon monoxide alarm at a residence on Maple Street, Dassel. The fire department found no signs of carbon monoxide and changed the battery in the alarm.

On the 22nd at 12:55 p.m. the Sheriff's Office dispatched Watkins Ambulance to a medial at a residence on 3rd Street South, Watkins. One individual was transported to the St. Cloud Hospital.

On the 22nd at 2:46 p.m. the Sheriff's Office assisted Meeker Memorial Hospital with a transport to the Central MN Receiving Referral Center, St. Cloud.

On the 22nd at 3:24 p.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a report of suspicious items found near a residence on 586th Avenue, Greenleaf Township. The deputy took the items and disposed of them properly.

On the 22nd at 4:21 p.m. the Sheriff's Office received a report of unsafe conditions near farmland on 532nd Avenue, Union Grove Township. All was found to be okay.

On the 22nd at 5:23 p.m. the Sheriff's Office received a report of a driving complaint on southbound MN Highway 15, Dassel Township. The caller was transferred to the MN State Patrol.

On the 22nd at 6:52 p.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a 9-1-1 hang-up call at DC Diesel LLC, 330th Street, Kingston Township. The deputy made contact with the business owner and found all to be okay.

On the 22nd at 7:50 p.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a northbound driving complaint in the area of County State Aid Highway 14 and County State Aid Highway 18, Ellsworth Township. The deputies checked the area and found that the vehicle had left prior to arrival.

On the 22nd at 8:48 p.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a watercraft complaint on Lake Washington southeast area, Collinwood Township. The deputy checked the area and spoke with some residents who were advised of the complaint.

On the 22nd at 8:55 p.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a cellular 9-1-1 hang-up call in the area of County State Aid Highway 30 and County State Aid Highway 36, Manannah Township. Contact was made with the caller and it was determined to be an accidental dial and all was okay.

On the 22nd at 9:51 p.m. the Sheriff's Office arrested Arthur Allen Meisenbach, age 48, in the area of 4th Street North and Atlantic Avenue West, for violation of a Harassment Restraining Order.

On the 22nd at 9:53 p.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a westbound driving complaint in the area of US Highway 12, Darwin Township. The deputies, with the assistance of the Litchfield Police Department, located the vehicle and driver who was advised the complaint.

On the 22nd at 11:00 p.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a noise complaint in the area of 675th Avenue, Forest City Township. The deputy made contact with several individuals who were advised of the complaint and to keep the music down.

On the 22nd at 11:06 p.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a cellular 9-1-1 hang-up call in the area of Sunrise Lane and Lindstrom Avenue, City of Grove City. The deputy checked the area and found all to be okay.

On the 22nd at 11:55 p.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a noise complaint near a residence on 624th Avenue, Greenleaf Township. The deputy checked the area and found all to be okay.

On the 23rd at 12:09 a.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a noise complaint near a residence on 590th Avenue, Greenleaf Township. The deputy checked the area and found all to be okay.

On the 23rd at 12:17 a.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a stray cow complaint in the area of 298th Street and 515th Avenue, Swede Grove Township. The deputy located the cows as well as the owner who was in the process of corralling the cows back into their pasture.

On the 23rd at 12:22 a.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a cellular 9-1-1 hang-up call at Casey's General Store, West Astro Boulevard, City of Cosmos. Contact was made with the caller who advised it was an accidental dial and all was okay.

On the 23rd at 12:59 a.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a report of unsafe conditions in the area of US Highway 12 and 237th Street, Dassel Township. The deputies checked the area extensively and found all to be okay.

On the 23rd at 1:10 a.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a stray dog complaint near a residence on 668th Avenue, Darwin Township. The deputy was canceled prior to arrival as the stray dog ran away from the homeowner.

On the 23rd at 6:03 a.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to and dispatched Litchfield Rescue and Gold Cross Ambulance to a medical at a residence on 586th Avenue, Greenleaf Township. One individual was treated on scene and no transport was needed.

On the 23rd at 6:16 a.m. the Sheriff's Office dispatched Cokato Ambulance to a medical at a residence on William Avenue East, Dassel. One individual was transported to the Hutchinson Hospital.

On the 23rd at 6:41 a.m. the Sheriff's Office received a report of a car/deer accident on County State Aid Highway 17, Forest Prairie Township. No injuries were reported. A deputy responded to remove the deer from the roadway.

On the 23rd at 9:08 a.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to and dispatched Dassel Rescue and Gold Cross Ambulance to a medical at a residence on CJ Moe Boulevard, Dassel. One individual was transported to the Hutchinson Hospital.

On the 23rd at 11:12 a.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a dog complaint at Koronis Regional Park, County State Aid Highway 20, Union Grove Township. The deputy was canceled prior to arrival as an individual was able to secure the dog.

On the 23rd at 11:33 a.m. the Sheriff's Office received a report of a civil issue at a residence on 365th Street, Union Grove Township. An individual was advised of their options.

On the 23rd at 11:56 a.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a report of suspicious activity on 735th Avenue, Dassel Township. Upon arrival of the deputy two individuals were advised to leave.

On the 23rd at 12:00 p.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a report of a dog complaint at a residence on 668th Avenue, Darwin Township. Upon arrival of the deputy a black lab was transported to the pound.

On the 23rd at 12:04 p.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a cellular 9-1-1 hang-up call from a location on Taurus Avenue in Cosmos. Upon arrival of the deputy everything was okay.

On the 23rd at 12:41 p.m. the Sheriff's Office assisted the Litchfield Police Department at Walmart on East Frontage Road, Litchfield.

On the 23rd at 12:48 p.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to and dispatched Gold Cross Ambulance and the Litchfield Rescue Squad to a medical at a residence on South Swift Avenue, Litchfield. One individual was transported to the Meeker Memorial Hospital.

On the 23rd at 1:03 p.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a residential 9-1-1 hang-up call at a residence on 657th Avenue, Forest Prairie Township. Upon arrival of the deputy everything was okay.

On the 23rd at 1:10 p.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to and took a report of a mentally ill person at the Meeker Memorial Hospital.

On the 23rd at 1:26 p.m. the Sheriff's Office received a report of a civil issue on Rolling Oaks Lane, Darwin. The deputy advised the individual of their options.

On the 23rd at 2:18 p.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to and took a report of illegal dumping at the Lake Francis Public Access on 330th Street, Kingston Township.

On the 23rd at 3:00 p.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a report of a dog complaint at a residence on County State Aid Highway 21, Kingston Township. Upon arrival of the deputy two Rottweilers were transported to the pound.

On the 23rd at 3:45 p.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a report of an animal complaint on 230th Street and 640th Avenue, Darwin Township. Upon arrival of the deputy the cow was gone.

On the 23rd at 4:00 p.m. the Sheriff's Office received a report of a driving complaint on MN Highway 7, Cosmos Township. The call was transferred to the MN State Patrol.

On the 23rd at 5:53 p.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to an animal complaint at a residence on 245th Street, Litchfield Township.

On the 23rd at 6:43 p.m. the Sheriff's Office received information regarding an incoming medical to Meeker Memorial Hospital as well as providing directions to the individual on how to get to Meeker Memorial Hospital.

On the 23rd at 7:22 p.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a burglar alarm at a residence on 200th Street, Collinwood Township. The deputy was cancelled a short time later.

On the 23rd at 7:26 p.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a burglar alarm at a property on 240th Street, Litchfield Township. All was found to be okay upon arrival of the deputy.

On the 23rd at 7:28 p.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to unlock a vehicle at a residence on 233rd Street, Dassel Township.

On the 23rd at 7:51 p.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a cellular 9-1-1 hang-up call at a residence on 713th Avenue, Dassel Township. The deputy made contact with the individual and found all to be okay.

On the 23rd at 7:52 p.m. the Sheriff's Office conducted a traffic stop in the area of Luella Street and County State Aid Highway 2, City of Watkins. The deputy issued a citation and advised the driver to contact a ride but instead the driver attempted to drive again and leave the area. The deputy conducted a second traffic stop and arrested the driver Jose Heriberto Cordova Montero, age 24, of Cold Spring, on charges of driving after revocation.

On the 23rd at 10:28 p.m. the Sheriff's Office arrested Kyler Bryan Streich, age 21, of Hutchinson, on a Meeker County warrant for probation violation.

On the 23rd at 11:11 p.m. the Sheriff's Office observed suspicious activity at the Clear Lake County Park, County State Aid Highway 2, Forest Prairie Township. The deputy made contact with the individuals who were advised of park hours and asked to move on.

On the 23rd at 11:16 p.m. the Sheriff's Office assisted the Litchfield Police Department with arresting an individual who was resisting arrest, in the area of North Ramsey Avenue, City of Litchfield

On the 24th at 3:33 a.m. the Sheriff's Office assisted the Litchfield Police Department with a report of a noise complaint in the area of North Marshall Avenue and 3rd Street East, City of Litchfield.

On the 24th at 11:18 a.m. the Sheriff's Office dispatched Gold Cross Ambulance to a medical alarm at a residence on North Holcombe Avenue, Litchfield. No transport was needed as it was a lift assist only.

On the 24th at 2:19 p.m. the Sheriff's Office dispatched Litchfield Rescue and Gold Cross Ambulance to a medical at a residence on Sunrise Drive, Litchfield. One individual was transported to Meeker Memorial Hospital.

On the 24th at 3:20 p.m. the Sheriff's Office received a cellular 9-1-1 call in regards to a motorcycle accident in Wright County. The caller was transferred to the Wright County Sheriff's Office.

On the 24th at 5:16 p.m. the Sheriff's Office dispatched Litchfield Rescue and Gold Cross Ambulance to a medical alarm at a residence on West 7th Street, Litchfield. No transport was needed as it was a lift assist only.

On the 24th at 8:08 p.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a report of mailbox damage at a residence on County State Aid Highway 14, Darwin Township. The deputy checked the area and found the vehicle had left prior to arrival and the homeowner reported it for information only.

On the 24th at 11:40 p.m. the Sheriff's Office observed suspicious activity at Lake Manuella Beach, County State Aid Highway 9, Ellsworth Township. The deputy made contact with two individuals who were advised of park hours and requested they move on.

On the 25th at 12:12 a.m. the Sheriff's Office dispatched Litchfield Rescue Squad and Gold Cross Ambulance for a medical on North Ramsey Avenue, City of Litchfield. One individual was assisted at the scene.

On the 25th at 1:09 a.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a report of a domestic disturbance at a residence on North Neptune Street, City of Cosmos. The deputies made contact and after investigation arrested Dwayne Marcus Anderson, age 26, of Rosemount, for domestic assault as well as a Blue Earth County gross misdemeanor warrant for failing to appear.

On the 25th at 4:56 a.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a cellular 9-1-1 hang-up call in the area of 245th Street, Litchfield Township. The deputy checked the area and found all to be okay.

On the 25th at 4:57 a.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to and dispatched Dassel Rescue Squad and Hutchinson Allina Ambulance for a medical at a residence on 183rd Street, Collinwood Township. One individual was transported to Hutchinson Hospital.
